We’re searching for a Senior Product Designer / UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering exceptional user experiences—going beyond aesthetics to shape the very foundation of how users interact with our platform.

This isn’t just a design role; it’s a strategic partnership. You will work hand-in-hand with product management and engineering—from discovery to delivery to continuous iteration—ensuring we build the right product, not just a beautiful one. Your designs will be measured not by output but by the success of the product and the value it brings to customers. This person is someone who builds testing into their weekly cadence so there able to constantly validate and refine ideas as well as collect insights that we may not have been looking for. What You Will Do:

  • Champion user-centered design—owning the UX strategy and shaping the artistic direction of Orchestry.
  • Drive product discovery—partnering closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery and post-launch to ensure product features drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Define and craft intuitive user experiences—designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that simplify Microsoft 365’s complexity and ensure cohesive, end-to-end experiences.
  • Drive the visual design direction—leveraging user research and data-driven insights to create designs that are not only beautiful but highly effective and user-friendly.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable design system—developing reusable UI components and patterns to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
  • Prepare designs for implementation—ensuring smooth developer handoff, working closely with engineers to maintain design accuracy, and collaborating with QA teams to guarantee fidelity in execution.
  • Embed user research into every phase— leveraging user feedback, analytics, A/B testing cycles to validate and refine designs, uncover new insights, and adapt quickly to evolving user needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally—aligning with developers, stakeholders, and customers to create feasible, scalable, and impactful designs that balance business objectives with technical constraints.
  • Measure success through customer impact—focusing on delivering meaningful customer value rather than simply producing design output.

  • A detail-oriented executor—you ensure pixel-perfect UI, accessibility compliance, and a smooth handoff to engineering for a flawless user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end UX/product design, preferably within a SaaS product environment.
  • Experience implementing multiple design systems across multiple products
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to bring concepts to life.
  • Expertise in user-centered design principles, typography, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Experience measuring success with qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Experience balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility
  • Commitment to design best practices and maintaining high standards for quality.
  • Experience in leveraging user research and data to inform design decisions.
  • Proven experience in responsive design for both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Mastery of modern design tools, such as Figma.
  • A post-secondary education in design is an asset but not required.
