Job Description:
As the Demand Generation Lead, you will own the entire demand generation funnel, from strategy through execution, with a focus on driving qualified leads to our sales team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and content, to craft compelling campaigns and identify growth opportunities. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can both strategize and execute programs that scale effectively, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive demand generation strategy aimed at driving high-quality leads, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and manage lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the buyer's journey using personalized content, automated workflows, and segmentation.
- Marketing Automation: Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to improve lead scoring, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, feedback loops, and improve conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analyze performance metrics across campaigns to measure ROI, assess the effectiveness of programs, and make data-backed recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the demand generation budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across all channels.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously innovate demand generation tactics.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation or growth marketing in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling lead generation programs, especially in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of demand generation tactics across multiple channels including email, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 space is a plus, but not required.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience in managing account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and subscription-based services.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other digital marketing tools.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative lead generation campaigns.
