Who You Are: We’re on a mission to simplify governance and manual work in Microsoft 365. With over 100% growth YoY, we are now looking for a high-impact GTM (Go-To-Market) Sales Development Representative (SDR). As a founding member of our revenue organization, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our growth engine. You will drive qualified-pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and building a modern outbound playbook. You will collaborate with account executives, the Head of Sales, and the Marketing team to create and execute repeatable pipeline generation processes.
What You'll Do:
- Tool Setup and System Building: Set up and integrate various automation tools, including AI tools, to build efficient systems for outbound and inbound sales efforts (Clay, OpenAI Operator, Deep Research, GPT4o, etc.)
- Campaign Management: Create and manage email campaigns for both cold and warm outbound leads using the latest GTM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HeyReach, Gong.io, etc.)
- Outbound Prospecting: Assemble and research lists of potential leads and manage outreach efforts through various channels like email, LinkedIn, and intent-driven “cold” calling
- Data Enrichment: Use tools, including AI-driven platforms, to enrich account and contact data, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information for outreach in HubSpot
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns
What You'll Need:
- 1-2+ years experience in an analytical, sales, business development, growth, or engineering role OR a former founder
- Deep interest or experience in understanding Artificial Intelligence and core business challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Chat GPT, etc.
- Dedication to tracking, improving performance, and efficiency on a daily basis
- A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. We are looking for folks who thrive in ambiguity and can work independently
Nice to Have's:
- Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles
- Prior CRM experience (preferably HubSpot)
- Prior M365 product suite experience (or strong understanding of Microsoft landscape)
- Experience with IT or Security Persona(s)
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
