We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and is passionate about building impactful products. Reporting to the Director of Product, this individual will work at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that our solutions align with both customer needs and business goals.

As a leader in our product team, you will leverage data, customer insights, and industry trends to shape and execute our product strategy. Your ability to balance business goals with user experience will be critical in scaling our product offerings and driving long-term success. Finally, as a seasoned Product Management professional, you will offer advice and leadership on how to scale the product discipline at Orchestry.

    What You Will Do:

    • Customer-Centric Development: Partner with customer success, sales, and support teams to gather insights and deeply understand customer pain points, using these insights to inform product development.
    • Feature Definition: Lead the ideation, specification, and development of new features and functionalities for the SaaS platform, from concept to launch.
    • Creative Ideation: Take data and customer-driven insights to develop low-fidelity wireframes of new product features that fulfill customer needs and assist the iterative process towards the best possible final solution.
    • Scale the Product: Work collaboratively with the Product team to champion product management best practices and discipline to ensure the company can scale beyond product-market fit.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of features, meeting both customer needs and technical requirements.
    • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry developments and ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
    • Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and available resources. Balance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage product analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to measure success and iterate on product features.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update key stakeholders, including executive leadership, on product progress, metrics, and outcomes. Ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers, helping them grow their skills and navigate challenges.
    • Delivery Execution: Drive product execution in an Agile environment, managing backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative development.

    • Proven ability to evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built, making smart, strategic decisions that balance business, customer, and technical needs.
    • Deep knowledge of the customer—understanding their problems, motivations, decision-making processes, and workflows.
    • Deep knowledge of data, with the ability to analyze product metrics, uncover insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
    • Deep knowledge of the business, including how Orchestry operates, the constraints our stakeholders face, and how our product drives success.
    • Deep knowledge of the market and industry, including competitive landscapes, key trends, and emerging technologies that shape customer expectations.
    • Smart and strategic thinker—able to quickly assess situations, connect the dots, and identify high-impact opportunities.
    • Creative problem solver—able to challenge conventional thinking and come up with innovative solutions while staying practical.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager operating within a larger Product team, preferably within a SaaS product environment.
    • 3+ years of experience with Product Analytics platforms like Pendo.
    • 3+ years of experience with Customer Feedback platforms like ProductBoard.
    • Strong familiarity with wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma or other.
    • Experience in Micosoft365 and Microsoft Azure would be an asset.
