About the Role: The Product Marketing Specialist position is responsible for developing our end to end go to market (GTM) strategy, connecting the dots between product development and marketing execution. They have a strategic role in defining our market position and message to differentiate Orchestry from our competitors, designing a consistent, scalable and effective GTM program, and bringing the voice of our customers back into the business. While the position rolls into the marketing org, they will regularly work with the product team and other stakeholders to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, implement, and optimize comprehensive product marketing strategy for the Orchestry platform.
- Collaborate across teams to develop GTM plans for upcoming product launches and updates, including messaging, value drivers, persona details, enablement plans and metrics for success.
- Conduct win/loss analysis on a regular basis to keep the revenue team informed on how we can improve as well as what to focus on.
- Regularly engage with key customers to ensure we’re incorporating feedback and championing their voice in future strategy.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the marketing, sales and product teams to keep us up to date on trends and potential risks.
- Build on our competitive intel database with battlecards, positioning and insights to increase marketing and sales effectiveness.
- Create comprehensive internal toolkits for product launches to enable the marketing, sales and customer success teams.
- Work closely with the demand generation and content teams to develop external messaging and campaign components that accurately reflect our current offering, roadmap, and core value drivers.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the marketing team with a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile, pain points, buying committee and buying behaviors.
What We Expect from You:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS segment
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 space desired but not required
- Experience developing and communicating GTM plans for marketing and sales teams
- Data-driven thinking to fuel decisions that scale, innovate and optimize current efforts
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in group settings and at the executive level
- Proven success collaborating across technical product and GTM teams to ensure alignment and execution
- A self-starter that thrives with autonomy and excels in a fast-paced, growth-centric company
- A mindset of accountability and transparency with a willingness to be both strategic and executional when necessary
