What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and manage alliances with Microsoft
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and identify new opportunities for collaboration with Microsoft ISV Teams around the world
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders to maximize Orchestry’s visibility and success within the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on partner-driven strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage alliance-related activities such as partner enablement, co-selling, and solution development.
  • Drive tangible revenue for Orchestry and its partners
  • Lead the execution of joint business plans with Microsoft to drive mutual growth and secure funding from Microsoft through ECIF and other programs

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Partner or Alliance Manager, with a deep understanding of the Microsoft channel.
  • Strong expertise in co-seller models and Microsoft engagement strategies within the partner ecosystem.
  • Extensive knowledge of key solution areas, including enterprise agreement licensing and framework provision, with a demonstrated ability to build and strengthen Microsoft relationships to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through Microsoft partnership activities
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day alliance operations.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for collaboration and growth.
  • Someone with a sales background that will actually generate results - this is not an Account Management position but a position to make a real financial impact for Orchestry and its partners
