Role Overview: As a Partner Manager for the APAC and Western US regions, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Orchestry’s partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, identifying and recruiting new partners, and nurturing existing partnerships to achieve mutual success and drive revenue growth. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365. At Orchestry, we believe in the power of strategic partnerships to enhance our reach and impact in the market.

In this role you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners in the region. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners, as well as nurturing existing partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve mutual success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate on business planning, joint marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs to maximize the potential of our partnerships. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who excels in building meaningful connections and driving performance through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the APAC & Western US regions
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
